The arachnid kingAll Hallows Eve was upon us, surges of cackling rattling my windows and the faint waft of roasted pumpkins tickling my nose. I sat, hunched on the kerbside, my black, pointed hat jauntily flopping to one side, casting a shadow over my disappointed eyes. Every year was the same. Mother would giggle girlishly, pulling out her old, ragged dresses, torn at the hem and pink in colour. I would refuse them, stating that pink paisley was too vibrant a colour for a witch to wear. ONE MORE EXAM TO GO 
So this morning, when walking to biology, I was reading my notes over and over again... It took me an hour to get to school. 
Good thing I left early. Ha, but I was rather annoyed when I reached the library, that same distracting person, Mr B1, walked straight past me and when I said hello, said "Oh, sorry, I didn't recognise you, I thought you were a year 9..." He decided to change it to year 10 once he realised that the year 9s wear a different uniform than we do.
